1. How often should my septic tank be services?

 

For a family of 1-2, we recommend service ever 5 years. For a family of three or more, every two to three years.

 

*If the home hosts frequent gatherings, these timeframes should be adjusted accordingly

 

2. Do you provide septic services in the states of Illinois and Indiana?

 

Yes. We are licensed and insure in both states.

 

3. How far out in advance should I book my porta potty and/or handwashing station?

 

Typically one month in advance, however if inventory is available, day of requests may be possible.

 

 

4. Should I flush anything other than toilet paper down my toilet?

 

No! You should only flush toilet paper down your toilet. We do not recommend "Flushable wipes", Kleenex or other products flushed down the toilet.
